In today's globalized world, the ability to communicate in different languages is becoming increasingly important. Whether you are a student, a professional, or simply a language enthusiast, having access to a reliable translation tool is essential. This is where the highly-rated Chrome extension comes into play, revolutionizing the way we translate and learn new languages. What makes this Chrome extension stand out?

This means that the original webpage remains clean and untouched, ensuring a distraction-free browsing experience.
Customizable Language Options: The extension also offers the flexibility of choosing a preferred target language. With a wide range of language options available, users can easily translate text into their desired language with just a few clicks. This feature makes it an invaluable tool for both translators and language learners.
Positive User Feedback
The high rating of 4.33 out of 5 speaks volumes about the effectiveness and usefulness of this Chrome extension . Jose Luis Romero highlights the unique floating new tab/window feature, which sets this extension apart from others. Users who prefer this type of layout will find it particularly useful. Ayham Brada also expresses satisfaction with the extension, indicating its effectiveness in meeting his translation needs.
Recommended Improvements
While the majority of users are highly satisfied with the extension, there are a few suggestions for improvement worth noting: Kevin Stone initially faced issues with the extension , but a reinstallation resolved the problem. He emphasizes the need for a simpler language selection process and recommends setting the default language based on the browse r's current language. Ertuğrul Baran suggests that the extension could be enhanced by allowing users to translate text directly by right-clicking, rather than through the context menu.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the highly-rated Chrome extension offers a valuable and user-friendly solution for translators, language learners, and anyone in need of quick and accurate translations. With its seamless translation experience, customizable language options, and positive user feedback, it has established itself as an indispensable tool in the world of language learning and translation. The last update made the extension less useful. Now there is a useless sub menu that you have to click and even though I picked a language is still says "to undefined". Please, remove this sub menu and proper display the selected language as it previous was.

The latest version of this product, 1.9.2 as of December 2023, is a bit sketchy according to my Chrome security settings. Chrome kicked it to the curb because the new version demands some serious permissions, this is what Chrome said:
"The newest version of 'Right Click Translate' has been disabled because it requires more permissions. It can now:
Read and change all your data on a number of websites including:
All facebook.com sites
All Google.com sites
All Reddit.com sites
Twitter.com
So, for these reasons, I bailed on using this product, and I wouldn't recommend it unless the authors roll it back. I'm cool with buying this, but I'm not handing over the keys to the kingdom. This product used to be handy since we could use Google translate way quicker.

Great service for those not familiar how to Google.
Otherwise, opening a new tab and copy/pasting the desired text into Google Translate is just as easy and exactly what it does.
This app saves you a single click! If that's for you, go for it!

One question, I obviously installed in all my pc/notebooks, but IN the notebook the new tab/windows is created as a floating one, not stacked with the rest of the browser's tab, it is like a popup and I like it that way, but I can't find any config that handles that behavior, IDK how I did that but I want in all my pcs

Sadly the extension did not work at first, it refused to bring up a new tab with the selection and instead just kept opening the language panel in the extension settings. I cleared everything, reinstalled and now it works okay. I still feel that language selection panel is poorly conceived. There's no need for it as you can easily find the current language of the browser and set that as the default language for the extension. The checkboxes also make no sense, this is why drop downs and combo boxes were invented!

Works well for single words and is super easy to use. For sentences, it sticks to the previously chosen language so you have to change the language in Translate
